Supplemental Terms and Conditions
The promotion applies only to purchases of models X-T10, X-E2S, X-Pro2, X-T2 and X-T1 made at a Fujifilm authorised dealers https://www.fujifilm.eu/uk/products/digital-cameras/x-series-specialists in the United Kingdom, as listed on the Fujifilm website on the date of purchase.
Purchasers of XT-10, XE-2S, X-Pro2 and X-T1 cameras during the promotional period shall be entitled to one calendar year of Pro Pixelrights membership free of charge.
The calendar year of free membership described above shall commence on and from the date on which the application for membership in accordance with these Supplemental Terms and Conditions is accepted by Pixelrights.
The promotion only applies in respect of purchases made on or after 1st June 2016, and on or before 1st June 2017, unless extended by Pixelrights.
Redemption of the promotional offer may only be made by registration through the Pixelrights website and by provision in full of the required information, including a valid product serial number and credit card details.
The payment details provided by the member must be in the name of the member.
Redemption of the promotional offer must be completed on or before 1st June 2017, unless extended by Pixelrights.
By registering for the promotional offer, each member agrees to these Supplemental Terms and Conditions, and agrees that Pixelrights shall be authorised to charge the member the prevailing monthly membership fee of £14.99 inc VAT after one calendar year of free membership unless the member gives notice in writing to Pixelrights that he or she wishes to terminate the membership before the end of the one year free membership period.
In the event of any dispute regarding the promotional offer or qualification for redemption, Pixelrights shall have sole and absolute discretion in determining the outcome of such dispute.
Pixelrights reserves the right to cancel or vary any membership granted in connection with the promotion if any information provided by a member in connection there with proves to be inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect.
The promotional offer is not valid for existing Pixelrights subscribers or any members who have subscribed to the service in the past, or in conjunction with any other discount, privilege, promotion, voucher, membership privilege or incentive unless otherwise stated. The offer is only valid for new subscribing members who have never used the service before.
